Dear Officers / Directors of Generex / NuGenerex,
May I suggest that if you resigned from either company, that you file an official letter with the Florida Department of State - Division of Corporations - PO Box 6327 Tallahassee, FL 32314 ($35 filing fee).
Lawrence Salvo did so, resigning as a director from Generex (filed 12/14/2021 - search for Generex in link at bottom of page).
It would be very helpful to the investors in both companies to have some sort of official documentation to rely on instead of hearsay or social media (in the absence of any required SEC reporting).
It could also be helpful in any upcoming litigation against either company, their officers and directors
