Regnum is a public company. You can look up their ticker and SEC filings. Not a lot there as of now.
It appears that this transfer has more to do with Vyera than is does CYDY. For some reason, Vyera wanted to transfer its rights to bring LL to market for HIV. First they transferred them to sevensomething and then they got transferred to Regnum.
CYDY has consented to the transfers. From what has been shown so far, that is the extent of the CYDY involvement.
There may be more, but I haven't seen it yet. There is some common management running through the various companies (not CYDY). Anne Kirby is the name, I think.
