I suppose this is good news - if anyone knows anything about this partner, Regnum and Seven Score Pharma, i'd appreciate it. Do they really have a total market cap of less than 20MM? - much of that being added in a run up today? Once again, the OTC market is confounding to me - and i can't really understand this deal.

But i'll take anything that stops the bleeding in our SP - and maybe we get some explanation in a call that shows it as great news.
