It should be abundantly clear by this time that someone who constantly blames CYDY for things that are out of its control and then, when anyone corrects him on the facts, or otherwise challenges his usually incorrect opinions on legal matters, says "but I'm a LAWYER ! ! ! " -- is not someone who has the best interests of the company or its shareholders in mind.

What kind of actual investor in a company would relentlessly blame it for the actions of those trying to destroy it?

And does anyone expect a basher to say "gosh, you're right, I don't REALLY own shares in the company, I'm just lying about that to give myself credibility"?
