Whose side are you on Craig? You come here and spout off all kinds of "facts" then when looking at the other side you ALWAYS resort to "know one knows the facts".

A good lawyer IMO would be looking at the opponent and finding weaknesses in their case or argument. You spend all you time telling your own client, his friends, advisors, family, etc. that his case sucks and they will never win. Maybe if you would work on your opponents instead of your client you wouldnt see so much friction here.
