What am I missing here...?...a newer, shinier drug comes along...and the FDA says...need not apply...that hole has been filled.
Arbitrary doesn't define the logic of this situation...ignorance coupled with stupidity is more appropriate. Whatever happened to good/better/best....most especially on life-saving drugs.
