Well Kelly had a general interest in the company for a long time and purchased shares before he worked for the company. He left his job like many others to work for the company.
His loyalty isn’t to NP as I believe it is to the company. Kelly even admitted sayin they looked for a new CEO he replace NP at one point. It was during a CC question and answer. They searched for a CEO and decided to keep NP around. Who knows maybe Kelly was buttering up NP and is his puppet but I don’t see that.
As for Recknor I disagree I don’t think we know what he thinks of NP. He doesn’t say much and isn’t a good read, so maybe you are right but sounds like a guess IMO.
If they truly think NP is the problem like everyone likes to think I believe they will do the right thing leave or speak up. If they don’t well we will fail. We are outsiders we don’t get the full picture. We also get a lot of missing information spread by shorts ect.
I don’t buy into the narrative NP is the sole problem bc I believe just like with the 13 D he is the only one standing in the way of BP and all the others who want to see us fail or get there hands on us cheap. Hes easy to attack, wish he didn’t give them ammo but it clearly works. Investors fall for it.
If 700 mg trial is a hit he will look like a hero. If not it’s just another reason to pick him apart. I have a lot of issues with him but I tend to be skeptical because there is a obvious narrative to only blame him even when clearly some of these things are out of his hands.
