True, though I don't really know what skills Kelly brought to the table in terms of running a company like CYDY. I think he is probably one of NP's "boys" and bought in to all that NP was saying, along with a nice salary.

As for Recknor, I want to believe he is a really smart, experienced person in this realm, but perhaps didn't realize that when NP says "All is fine, nothing to see here, move along", it really means "Do your due diligence twice over." I doubt Recknor knew that Amarex was basically being allowed to do what they do without much oversight, if any, because NP allowed it. I would think he is not too thrilled with NP right now.
