I just went back and read the November press release where the company gave an overview of their rationale for the BTD submission which OHM summarized.
NP did not say why the request was denied so we don’t know.
Just a guess from me could be that they included data from multiple dosages but wanted BTD for one dosage (eg- 700 mg).
I don’t Know that this is the case but I suspect that CYDY has knowledge of the deficiency in the eyes of FDA - NP just did not disclose it in his proactive update
My rant is out of frustration for the lack of delivery over the last number of years particularly that all of my public market purchases over the last few years are under water included my purchases yesterday at 88 cents.
I am still quite hopeful that someday this will improve, just frustrated at this point that we are still waiting
