Question for the board… Does anybody seem to think this 144 and 90 day timeline might correlate with Kizmet offering and timeline? Would Dalton be able to use this 144 to sell shares and use for Kizmet private sale?

The timing certainly seems to add up and I don’t see Dalton not using the 144. He had a plan in place I’d like to think when he filed for it.
