Flash, CYDY sent the BTD application on Friday Nov. 5th. FDA supposed to respond in 60 days from the day they received it. If they got it that Friday, yesterday the 4th (not the 5th) was 60 days. If they didn't get it till Mon. the 8th, then this Friday is the self-imposed deadline.

I'm assuming they stick to their own deadlines, but my assumption looks pretty crap right now.
