The current BTD is for tnbc(gotta keep up with the acronyms). Nash won't get a BTD filed unless the results are worthy of a BTD filing.
As for your date yes, Jan 5th is about the right time the FDA is supposed to respond to cydy BTD filing since I believe Nov 5 was the actual filing even though the PR was Nov 8(I think)
