Conversely if a commonality of all anti-depressants is anti-inflammation then that may be the strongest mechanism of action for them treating depression rather than the varied actions that have been attributed to them. Psychiatric disorders are the next big class that I'll be looking at for the disease list but with so many confounding factors that will take awhile.
