Good question.
While everyone, myself included is bitching and moaning about the share price being $1, that is the market value right now because that is the value of the latest fundraising. Actually less, as investors got shares at $1 (plus warrants). How can the value of the company be different than the level at which management itself has valued the company?
Personally, I am tired of people “thanking the shorts” for cheap shares - its ignorant of the current situation. There is nothing good about our SP down here - and we are more and more at risk of raising capital at lower valuations.
