That's the million dollar question. Why has the company not disclosed the basis for the investigation? Why not? I mean if the SEC says it's up to the company, then why have they not disclosed anything. IMHO, it's because the basis for the investigation is of a serious nature and shareholders would run for the hills if they knew. If it wasn't that bad, we would probably already know. I'm glad the day traders are having fun with this today, at least someone is having fun in GNBT/NGIO Land!
