So based on form 4 (not filed) it appears that:
Kizmet's (mezzanine) financing for UNVC (as proposed by Bibendum) may not be a reality yet (unless funding was accomplished by some other method).
Doc has 90 days (from October 22) = until January 19 to sell the shares, if desired.
