Form 144 review. Filing a 144 is only notice of intent to sell some or all of the listed shares. The filer is given 90 days and does not have to sell any of them if market conditions do not reach what they want. The listed price is simply the recent price, not the price he has to sell at. If any shares are sold, a form 4 MUST be filed within 2 business days.
