Generally speaking, people only jump on board when they believe they have a winner...or someone they know... family or otherwise ends up on ECMO in an ICU center...or is lying on a platform in a morgue...THEN they become an advocate...I am writing a book about the CTIA...and have seen this over and over again...it's a part of the human condition and unfortunately, it's frailties.
