Not a seasoned investor by any means. I'd be curious to see if any good responses come.
My thought is SEC violations. Manipulation of an OTC stock I'd imagine is much easier and more common than a major exchange. But what do I know. For the sake of justice I hope "da facts" has broken enough real laws to make it worth NP's time to sick Sidley after him.
