A question on this topic for the more seasoned investors familiar with Internet Message Board behaviors.
What would the specific laws (with links please) that Sidley would possibly go after an individual who posted so many of "da factss" for the last couple of years?
It would be interesting to understand if any real laws were broken and what the potential punishment(s) could be.
Many people would love to convict a lot of people for being an a$$hole...but under what statute (civil or criminal) ?
