Seems like compassionate use, if accurately described above, could be so very risky for any doctor to prescribe/use regarding potential malpractice. Besides, Phizer may go after the doctor. Doctors do not want to use unapproved meds. However, "Right To Try", using a drug when the patient is not only desperate, but when all approved drugs have failed to benefit the patient, it must be that under "Right To Try", the doctor is released from liability?
