When I say hospitals are overloaded, I mean that every bed is filled and there are NO ICO beds available.
That is absolutely documented in my city, and others in other cities have told me the same thing.
Do not claim that hospitals are "just" understaffed. Perhaps there are some hospitals somewhere where that's true, but's it's absolutely NOT true in hospitals with which I am familiar. I know people working in these hospitals so don't tell me I am wrong.
