Could some "Good Samaritan" shareholder with time and resources, and I personally do not fall in that category, consult with legal counsel to see if legal recourse is available at this point? Perhaps this then could be advanced to "class action" status as there are specialized firms that could be brought in that are drooling to take on new cases that are meritorious.
