I think an EUA from the Philippines is highly unlikely . They have done a tremendous job managing Covid with a combo of therapuetics and vaccines.Whether people believe in Ivermectin or not, there were doctors literally going door to door handing it out during a period of high infection rates. this was per their news reports that we dont get unless you go on the internet and search . their infection rate is extremely low. as of today, there were only 47 new cases and their 7 day average is only 189 people.
With Brazil, its hard to tell but one reason they dont have infections jumping is the hypothosis that part of the thing controlling it is the potential seasonal nature of the virus. Its Summer down there right now.
I hope you are right about an EUA but I am a bit pessimistic on this.
