cough cough **Sidley Austin** cough cough. Seems like no one is factoring in the possibility that Amarex/NSF may have to cough up everything that CYDY paid them, and then some, to settle what any jury would probably look at as gross negligence at best, and a deliberate plan to hurt CYDY at worst.
Can a CRO survive if their utter mishandling of clinical trials is exposed? If it turns out to be provably not mere incompetence, but an actual effort to hurt a company, how about then? If a huge international corporation buys that company, tells the CEO that they'll "look into it" and then not only does nothing, but continues delaying the process and doesn't return the intellectual property which the parent company's CEO acknowledges belongs to CYDY -- what then?
Would ANYONE want to use either the newly-purchased subsidiary, or the parent company, if they knew that they might also fall afoul of similar problems?
Can Amarex/NSF afford NOT to settle?
Too many hypothetical questions?
