Negotiations are just that --- Negotiations. Talks between two parties that may result in nothing. Thus IMO no need to let anyone know if there are such 'goings on'. Yes even a deal of limited partnership as supplying another company with your product should be with NDA. As in this case with BIEL's OEM partner, an early announcement by BIEL would prematurely reveal a new product of the OEM partner. A definite NO NO! The OEM partner should and always will, chose their time to reveal their new product.

Yes again, I personally understand this 'silence' IF there is a NDA --- and I am fine with it. Yes, the stock price sucks right now, but I can live with it if news is ready to break. Hopefully the sock price will take care of itself when that NDA is lifted and the hidden news is announced.
