Plenty of things the company can talk about that wouldn't interfere with a specific NDA regarding a possible limited partnership for a specific product. If there were negotiations going on regarding the sale of the company then silence may be justified until such time as a deal can be reached so not to effect the pps. Usually a buyer (and seller) will want to scoop up 5% of O/S shares at low end before future offer. I doubt that scenario since I believe KW wants to build company value to maximize sale before considering sale she alluded to on her facebook. So I would be surprise anything will happen in 2022 in that regard. I do expect 2022 to be a banner year for the company which will make those that on occasion been accumulating like myself very happy. Its been a long bumpy road but now appears to be smooth ahead imho.
