I not a expert but. Think some companies had to be filed with the SEC. Being penny and current and a shell risk. They would be afraid of endorsing (SEC) a potential shell money laundering event. I am not saying or implying DOC would do such a thing. This is just my reasoning that most or all. the companies had to be reported. When the filing is considered.. I am so hoping this a a Christmas for ages GO UNVC
