LV, Bud, or anyone else well versed on SEC. Your opinion is greatly appreciated and welcomed.
I am doing research and DD, could DOC have merged all the companies behind the scenes before filing with SEC? Then after its all done, he files with SEC and releases one big 8k, saying now look we have all of these subsidiaries. I generally do not know the process and if that is a possibility to do behind the scenes. I would think it is, cause than it would expedite the process and avoid extra time and paper work that SEC im sure would enforce. But then again legally I dont know if thats possible or an option. Anyone else that knows, please chime in.
