1. We actually know that we have heard nothing from the company for 5 months,
despite the BoD ethical (per their website) and fiduciary obligations. (I'd call that "negative." )
2. We actually know that the 10-Ks have not been filed. (I'd call that "negative," too.)
3. We actually know that the companies' HQ address in FL is one from which they have been evicted. (Ditto.)
4. We actually know that NUGX has been moved to the Expert Market. (For those of us with any of those shares, I'd hazard a guess that's far removed from "'positive." )
