Brian responded early this morning. He reiterated to me as he has to others that he’s not able to give an update on company business to one shareholder without publicly providing it to all. But he promised he’s pressing the company to respond to shareholders’ concerns and to make their SEC filings. But I’m responding to my concerns about the BOD appearing aloof in a few areas, he said he doesn’t currently have sufficient information about the company’s business to adequately respond to my concerns. They’d what I previously said to him should be unacceptable to us both. Brian is trying hard to respond to numerous shareholders. So hopefully that causes him to realize his obligations and become far more engaged with all aspects of the company.
