Awesome that the press release came out concerning name change/ticker symbol change. Thanks for the repost summerman I was pretty busy this morning.
Stocklogistics seemed to be tamping down the news a bit by claiming the new ticker symbol was for electrical what ever. lol But yes I was surprised that he posted the pr link.. but he didn't post the original text. If you go to his link and read all the way through you find at the bottom a link to the original press release document. No big deal but they are slightly different versions and both versions do have their qualities.
I was especially glad to see they changed the name slightly to include "Corp" rather than "Group". That change should be more appealing to international investors as they said in the press release.
We should get the FINRA approval in a matter of just a few days if not sooner! Perfect timing too as we are approaching the end of the year and some may be shuffling money around for year end tax stuff. I sure wouldn't want to sell any shares knowing what is coming soon, I may sell another stock and increase my shares of EGOC. Cheers all!!!
