Well maybe you should tell Dr. L he's a failure at communication. He is extremely accessible. He responded in minutes when I was inquiring about getting my mother in the cancer basket trial and was super compassionate.

If you truly believe what you say you should let him know. Otherwise how will he as a successful clinician ever get better if you don't send him the link about how to communicate.

He's not being paid by us. He is passionate about helping people. I'm sure he would love your constructive criticism.
