WE all know about the great results the Leronlimab has had -- or would have had, if the FDA hadn't sabotaged the clinical trial by not allowing 4 doses. (**cough anonymous letter cough**)

But when you are trying to persuade people about something, you have to assume they know either very little or nothing about your premise. Instead of bogging down in details, you present the most important stuff first -- and avoid doing anything that in any way might be interpreted as casting blame on any individuals, especially those reading your email.

I am just saying that this letter could have been written more clearly and could have been much more persuasive. My concern is also that anything that makes anyone in the FDA (like Woodcock) feel defensive or thinking "not THAT again" is a bad idea right now, when it seems that the FDA is finally not obstructing. (There have been several good theories posted here about WHY the FDA seems to have changed its tune.)
