It's going to be mighty hard for NSF to say they had no control, when there are emails from NSF's CEO saying he doesn't understand why Amarex hasn't handed over the data which "unquestionably" belongs to CYDY and that he'll look into it; and how they can say there's no control, when there are NSF executives who are also officers of Amarex.
