I cant imagine the people investing through paulson would be selling over 500k shares in 3 separate big "occurances" during the day and on the same day. I would think if you were buying through paulson and know anything about cydy you would only be adding, not swapping with tax implications, etc. They would be adding to their exposure with restricted shares being non-liquid. all IMO.
