They wouldn’t have known for sure to sell their Paulson shares in advance so they would have had to committed to new shares and pay in advance. Only after the deal is done could they sell shares to recoup money.
Since I wasn’t offered the offering I picked up another 9,000 shares today. I participated in 2 Paulson offerings for CYDY 6 years ago.
Never sold a share, although I feel foolish in hindsight in not selling at $5 plus… but I also knew that this stock could take off so much higher with the first approval.
I’m not a fan of Nader’s management. I also knew 13D wasn’t looking after our interests.
