I think we may be too hung up on the word "official". Your time line is clear it has nothing to do with financials.

I do remember my Nasdaq lady telling me that we have been dark too long for simple re-registration. She felt the SEC would want a "start over".

I am still not sure what to expect to see on Edgar, but watch Edgar.
