So with all due respect I have a rebuttal…I completely understand what you are saying and where you are coming from.
But 2 points I must make. I asked doc about the official quiet period after the financials were posted. The quarter ended September 30th, the financials were posted October 28th, and the I asked my question November 18th. So that financial quiet period doesn’t quite add up with those dates I provided.
Second point, I compared apples to apples. A company by the name of GOFF. Filed a form 15 to go dark in 2016. Still trading on open market, then filed a form 10-12G September 27th now they can file 8K and are in good standing with SEC. I checked their filings and otc page. That’s just one example,
That’s how I drew the conclusion I did.
