Respectfully, IMO, I will say again read it carefully, Univec is not an "issuer" of securities or "offering" securities. I think Doc answered "yes" because his attorneys told him to be quiet because we may be close to launch. I think we are reading too much into "official" quiet period.
I could be wrong here but I know how the SEC works and you have to read every word and they purposely write vague rules many times so they can interpret them for each individual case, it come down to wording.
As I said already, maybe privately, there is no SEC "quiet period" after the corporate quarter ends, before they put out their financials. All companies play it safe and "pretty much shut up" during this time. With no set rule the SEC can look at each case and act.
