It isn't about faith.

I had a phone conversation with Dawson James about two weeks ago. At that time the rep had just spoken to the investment side banker regarding the IPO. In his words, the IPO wasn't on the agenda in the near future without progress from the company on regulatory issues. Given it takes a month or so to organize an IPO I can't see it happening unless the rep was misinformed.

I would appreciate you contacting Dawson James today and see what they tell you and report to the board what they say. I am curious if anything has changed.
