December is a notoriously slow month for any major initiative to occur. Given the lack of any communication from the company and their dependence on the SEC to facilitate the NGIO IPO, I see 0% chance of it occurring before year end. As we approach Christmas and New Year's, activity will gradually slow and nearly come to a halt. I would be pleased to get any meaningful communication before year end.
