Descriptive phraseology...from a group well known to this board... "irreparable damage to our relationship with the FDA"...looks to be the reverse has more veracity.
The Head of Communications for the FDA...Ms. Erica Jefferson of the talking heads division... has managed to use a southern Generals approach to events and stonewalled me on several occasions as to the identity of the author/hatchet person. Transferred from one division to another in that effort. WE will get that information in due time...as part of a broader investigation into their conduct via the FOIA. $500 Million+ in lost MKT cap was a direct reflection of market sentiment...fully as a result of that statement that was laced with omissions and half-truths...ending with a get out of jail card...for future CYA posture.
