The only SEC mandated QP are for financials and an IPO. I think he meant a voluntary QP for some other type of filing (perhaps form 10) or deals in the works that he doesn't choose to discuss until the 8K comes out.

As Chiro has shown a form 10 can be kept confidential with the SEC and does not have to be disclosed. but there is no rule that stops Doc from putting out news like he did for BR. Just my opinion. Doc said Q4 and that's what I am sticking with.
