Question for all regarding the speculation behind this tweet and first week of Oct. Many have thought Doc officially started the Quiet Period during this “big week” and started the 60 day SEC registration filing.
I don’t believe that’s when the Quiet Period started and here’s why.. He was tweeting up until 10/30 and the Bioremedies PR was issued 11/02. This PR would have been a violation of the Quiet Period. So if he filed the very next day, 11/03 then that puts us 25 days in.
Did he mean he was in a quiet period because of this recent new partnership or that he filed with SEC? He did say 8-k in Q4 so we must be registered with SEC for that. Hoping for a great December and end to 2021!!
