When I was looking at arthritis I was looking at the wear as the primary cause in osteoarthritis. But of course the related inflammation would increase the pain and could also increase damage to the joints so leronlimab could be very effective. It will be on the next update of the list.

There was a paper I read quite awhile back that theorized that overexpression of CCR5 could heighten the response of nerves and increase the sense of pain.
