An inflammatory state occurs in vaccination. It's a part of the immune system response of antigen presentation and antibody response. All Covid vaccines MRNA or non-MRNA use the Covid spike to generate the antibodies. It's a dysregulated immune response that is causing the vaccine problems in a small number of cases. Immune response weakens as you age which may be why the problem is showing up in younger patients and that may be in combination with genetic anomalies.
