When referring to the investigation, Joe said there is an "open HO number", of which is public knowledge. I would recommend for anyone who doubts whether there is an investigation, to search for an open HO number against GNBT/NGIO. As to myself, based on several things, I have no doubt as to whether there's an investigation going on. Also, I seriously doubt Joe would make the above statement, if there was no investigation going on. As Joe said, "it's not rocket science, no one goes from very informative to zero without a reason".
