Exactly! This is a government agency and a public company … You are being investigated or you are not! Do we have a government working in the shadows? Can we call the SEC and ask point plank is GNBT or NGIO under any active investigation? This has to be made public if true … how can we know if the CEO is lying or NYD or Todd … there are millions of dollars at stake of public citizen’s funds. Isn’t the SEC protecting us? Makes no sense to me …
