I did do some research a while back into how it would look for Health Resources Inc. to IPO on Nasdaq and then merge with UNVC and whatever subsidiaries were included. I ran in by after Dalton and got no response. IMHO I thought we would have gotten some news by now giving it a month (ending in early December) for the deal to close. Now I'm thinking 2022 is our year. Still a month and aweek and a few days left to the year. Hopefully we won't go from an "Official quiet period" into another official or semi-official quiet time. For all intents and purposes, UNVC has been in a forever long quiet period, since we have been only given clues and hints but not straight confirmed paragraphs of information to follow and upcoming things to look forward to. That's enough for some and not enough for others. To each his/her own. I'm hopeful for this Thanksgiving week as I have been 3 years going now, and when that passes, I'll be hopefully for a Christmas and then New year's.
